S2S Kids Corner was created to connect children and families with fun-filled activities, educational opportunities, community events, contests, and family resources throughout San Diego County. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where families can discover new experiences, celebrate childhood, and access opportunities that inspire learning, creativity, connection, and joy.
At Soul 2 Sol Community Impact, we believe every child deserves opportunities to grow, explore, and thrive. Through S2S Kids Corner, we are committed to helping families stay connected to programs, activities, and resources that support children both inside and outside the classroom.
Together, we are creating moments of joy, building stronger communities, and helping children reach their fullest potential.
Maker Mondays are free, weekly drop-in workshops at the Valencia Park/Malcolm X Library where teens ages 12–18 can explore technology, design, and art. Held in the Legler Benbough Teen IDEA Lab, activities feature hands-on projects like 3D printing and coding.

Library Programs: Branches like Tierrasanta and San Ysidro host free all-summer programming, including magician performances, LEGO clubs, and live animal/comedy shows.
Summer Movies in the Park: County parks host free sunset movie screenings across the region, including popular titles like Raya and the Last Dragon and Lilo & Stitch. Pre-show activities, music, and food trucks are often available before the films start.
